Configuring your account with a mail client

If you want to use your email account with a mail client like Mozilla's Thunderbird, Outlook or Mac Mail, following these instructions:

To configure your email program, you will need to set the incoming mail server, the username, the password, and the outgoing mail server.

These values will be based on the domain name that you are setting up the email account for.

Step by Step Instructions:

Incoming Mail Server: "mail." plus your domain name without the "http://" or "www".
To configure your mail account to connect securely using SSL, please see the instructions below.
Username: your full email address
Password: Your password that you set when you created the email account. Please click here to review instructions on setting up the email account.
Outgoing Mail Server:
The outgoing mail server should be smtp.r4l.com port 587.
The username and password should be the same as your incoming server.
You must have the option "Server requires authentication" checked.
Protocol: You can use POP3 or IMAP for the incoming mail protocol, and SMTP for the outgoing mail protocol.

Configuring for secure connection

You may now configure your mail program to connect to our servers securely. This prevents the possibility of a third party from being able to "listen in" on your mail connection.

To configure for this servers, set your incoming server to:
