Forwarding: How do I renew a forwarding mail block?

Step by Step Instructions:

  1. Log in to your domain profile (see this page for instructions).
  2. Navigate to the Manage Webmail Accounts Section (see this page for instructions).
  3. Select RENEW this mail block from the drop down menu and click the Go button.
  4. Choose your method of payment and click the Complete Order button.
  5. On the copy of your receipt displayed on the screen, there will be a link to click on to return to the Manage Email section. Click on this link.
  6. Verify if your forwarding account has been moved to the new renewed mail block that you have set up. If the account is still showing as expired, select the account(s), and select the option to move your mail accounts to the new mail block that was set up.
  7. Your mail accounts are now renewed, and will be active.
  8. A copy of your receipt will automatically be sent to you by email.

Setting up a different mail block

If there are more accounts in the current forwarding mail block than you think you will need for the year, you may want to set up a smaller mail block(s) instead. To do this, you will first want to:

  1. Add a new service for the new mail block(s) you will use.
  2. Move the existing mail accounts from the expired mail block to your new mail block.
