Webmail: How do I update forwarding options for an email account?

  1. Log in to your domain profile (see this page for instructions).
  2. Navigate to the Manage Webmail Accounts Section (see this page for instructions).
  3. Under the Forwarding Address column, type in the new external email address that you want new mail forwarded to.
  4. Your forwarding options are:
    1. Local Mailbox: All email is kept in your accountn with us, i.e. no forwarding. If you are using the webmail interface or a mail client (like Outlook Express or Netscape), you should use this option.
    2. Forward Only: Will forward email to the account specified and not keep a local copy.
    3. Store & Forward: Will forward the email to the account specified as well as keep a copy in your account with us. You should continue to check your account with so to make sure your mailbox doesn't go over quota.
