- Log in to your domain profile (see this page for instructions).
- Navigate to the Manage Webmail Accounts Section (see this page for instructions).
- Under the Forwarding Address column, type in the new external email address that you want new mail forwarded to.
- Your forwarding options are:
- Local Mailbox: All email is kept in your accountn with us, i.e. no forwarding. If you are using the webmail interface or a mail client (like Outlook Express or Netscape), you should use this option.
- Forward Only: Will forward email to the account specified and not keep a local copy.
- Store & Forward: Will forward the email to the account specified as well as keep a copy in your account with us. You should continue to check your account with so to make sure your mailbox doesn't go over quota.
