We have received infomration from clients of another outfit that is sending solicitations that are disguised as invoices for search engine submission service. These emails are send to addresses that have been "farmed" from Whois records for domain owners.

Best thing to do with these is simply delete the email. You may wish to also report this deceptive business practice to your local Better Business Bureau.
