Hosting: How do I view/manage my Web Statistics?

Setting the Options for Web stats

You must log into your account in order to manage and view web statistics.

If you are using the Free Hosting Service

  1. Navigate to Hosting->Configure Hosting Options
  2. Ensure that the option Free 5MB Hosting is checked.
  3. Enable Logging of Web Traffic, and
  4. Save the changes.

If you are using Upgraded Hosting Services

  1. Navigate to Hosting->Upgraded Hosting Services
  2. Locate the Hosting upgrade package for the domain you want to modify.
  3. Click the Check box under the column "Stats Enabled"
  4. Choose the action ENABLE/DISABLE logging of Traffic Statistics option
  5. Click the Go! button.

Viewing Web stats

If you have just turned stats on, please allow enough time for the system to record traffic for you. Traffic is only recorded from the time that you have enabled this feature.

To view Web statistics

  1. Log into your account
  2. Navigate to Hosting->View Web Hosting Logs
  3. You'll have a summary of statistics for
    • Graphical representation for web transfer (Mbytes/hour and Hits/hour)
    • Top 10 Referring URLs
    • Top 10 by IP address of visitor
    • Top 10 Requested files.
    • Top 10 Apache Server Codes.

Web hosting is on Linux Servers running Lighttpd.
