How do I access the WebMail Interface?

Once you have setup your webmail accounts, you can use the account two different ways.

WebMail Access:

You can log into the account by typing in on your browser's location bar:

"http://mail." plus your domain name.

If for example, you configured the email address info@mywebsite.com, the webmail address is http://mail.mywebsite.com. When the login page loads, you can then type in "info" as the username & the account password to log into the mail account.

Mail Client:

You can also connect to your webmail account using a mail client like Outlook, Netscape or others. Click here for detailed instructions on how to configure your mail program.

If you're having difficulty configuring the mail program, you can confirm that the username & password that you have set up is correct by accessing your account via the Webmail interface. If you can log in there, you'll know the password for the account is correct.
