How can my hosting company support my webmail account?

If you want to use our webmail service, but need to host your domain somewhere else, this can be quite easily supported. You'll need to contact your hosting company, and have them insert some entries into your DNS record they host for you.

Step by Step Instructions:

There will be three entries they need to add. These are for an MX Record and an CNAME Record in your zone file.

Copy the text below, and forward this to your hosting company. Once they've added this and the change has been updated with the root DNS servers, you'll be connected with your email account(s) with us.

        IN MX 10 mx1.R4L.com.
        IN MX 10 mx2.R4L.com.
        IN MX 10 mx3.R4L.com.

mail IN CNAME mail.R4L.com.
mail2 IN CNAME mail2.R4L.com.

smtp IN CNAME smtp.R4L.com.
