FAQ: The domain I'm interested in is expired. Can I register it with you?

Expired Domains

When a domain expires, there is a grace period in which the registrar will continue to hold the domain for the existing owner. This period depends on registrars and the type of domain.

Once the grace period has elapsed, the domain will enter a Redemption Grace Period (see HERE for more details)

Once the Redemption Grace Period has elapsed, the domain will most often be released. Once released, the domain becomes available for anyone to register.
