FAQ: I cannot access my domain after submitting a request for transfer. What is wrong? |

Transfers don't become official accounts with us until the transfer process is completed. It needs to get confirmed by you, and then okayed by the other registrar. Once the transfer is complete, you can then log in and make whatever changes you need. Basically, we don't have access to the record until the transfer process is complete. |
