FAQ: I tried to login but was unable to... I am pretty sure I'm using the right username/password, what should I do?

On the login page, there is a lost password button you can use to confirm the user name and password.

Please note:
  1. Make sure you type in the domain extention (the ".com" part of the domain) when you're logging in. Failure to type this in is the most common source of login errors.
  2. The password is Case sensitive, and should not have any spaces. MYpassword and Mypassword are not the same.
  3. Do not type in "http://" or "www." as part of your domain name.
